Due to the sad departure of their current Room Leader, we are working with a well known nursery chain who are seeking a bright and outgoing person to join a lovely setting in St Albans. The focus of the team is to provide first class childcare whilst ensuring the children's needs always come first. You will be passionate about childcare and bring your own ideas to assist in the continual improvement of a safe and happy environment.Ability to work well with an established happy team and to work on your own initiative is essential. Must also be able to confidently lead staff within the room.Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 and ideally with past experience as a Room Leader. You will have working knowledge of child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities and behaviour management policies.
