We are looking for exceptional quality care assistants who are qualified to SVQ level 2 or with equivalent care experience.  Often working as a temporary team member can lead to a permanent job, can fulfill your need to gain experience across a range of settings or just be the flexible solution you need to fit your life.

The ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience and aptitudes:

• You will have the ability to work well in a team and on an individual basis,

• Previous experience of working in a care environment e.g nursing home, hospital, home care.

• You will demonstrate a willingness and ability to accept responsibility and become involved in all aspects of life in the setting regardless of whether you are there for an hour or in a permanent contract.

• An understanding current legislation in relation to the Care Inspectorate.
