Kangacrew are an established childcare agency with a fantastic reputation for providing quality childcare practitioners to childcare settings in the Midlands and South East. 

We are looking for exceptional quality nursery practitioners, both unqualified and qualfied, to fulfill ongoing temporary staffing requirements of a large nationwide chain of nurseris. Often working as a temporary team member can lead to a permanent job, can fulfill your need to gain experience across a range of settings or just be the flexible solution you need to fit your life.

The ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience and aptitudes:

• You will have the ability to work well in a team and on an individual basis,

• Previous experience of working with under 5’s, in a nursery environment is preferable but not essential.

• You will demonstrate a willingness and ability to accept responsibility and become involved in all aspects of Nursery life regardless of whether you are there for an hour or in a permanent contract.

• An understanding of the EYFS is required.
