Kangacrew are an established childcare agency with a fantastic reputation for providing quality childcare practitioners to childcare settings in the Midlands and South East. 

 

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team within the Birmingham area. You will have a office base with flexibiilty on movement during the working week. You will be responsible for the management of the site and also have the opportunity to branch out into new areas, with the potential to bring on your own satelite consultants. 

 

Your proven success in a sales environment will mean you are comfortable with telephone sales, business to business selling and presenting. You will also have reponsibility of your sites budget - so some exposure to budgetary control will be an advantage. Previous recruitment experience will be advantageous.

As this role requires travel to various different locations, you must be a driver with your own vehicle (all business mileage is reimbursed).
