• We pride ourselves on our knowledge of the nursery environment and work with you to obtain a clear vision of the staffing needs of the nursery, whether temporary, fixed term or permanent.
• Each practitioner will have been interviewed face-to-face and temporary practitioners will have undergone Kangacrew’s mandatory induction training before commencing work.
• All Kangacrew practitioners will have an enhanced CRB Disclosure. 
• We take up 3 references and fully check identification, certification and right to work in the UK.
• Kangacrew do not have a minimum booking restriction.
• Kangacrew do not charge VAT on any of our prices!
• Each temporary crew member will come to work in a Kangacrew uniform and have their original CRB Disclosure with them at all times.
• If within the first four hours of a booking, you are unhappy, for any reason, we will endeavour to find a replacement free of charge.
• Take comfort in our rebate scheme which is in place for perm placements, should it be required.
