Temporary Nursery Staff

Before we send a temporary member of nursery staff to your nursery they will have undergone an extensive registration process. All our candidates are interviewed by an experienced Kangacrew Consultant and will have supplied three references.. 

Each temporary employee will have an Enhanced CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) Disclosure or PVG clearance in line with OFSTED requirements.

Before any of our staff commence work, they complete a mandatory induction course which includes the basics of Health and Safety, Behavioural Management and Safeguarding Children within a Childcare setting. 

Inexperienced nursery staff are also given the opportunity to undergo a Play Visit in a children’s day nursery, under our supervision, to enable us to assess their abilities and aptitude.

Quality Guarantee 

If within four hours of commencing work you consider the temporary staff we have supplied to be unsuitable, we will endeavour to find a replacement, or waive the fee.
