Kangananny are childcare recruitment specialists, providing permanent and temporary, qualified and/or experienced Nannies and babysitters to family homes in Scotland.

We also offer special occasion Nannies for weddings and parties.

Our goal is to find you the ideal professional to provide safe and reliable childcare, who will interact positively and enthusiastically, keeping your child safe, happy and stimulated.

We only register candidates with previous experience in childcare and/or appropriate childcare qualifications. Candidates are interviewed at length and a minimum of three written references are taken - these are followed up verbally. We also obtain a number of forms of identification, a copy of their qualifications and ensure the appropriate level of security checks are in place.

We at Kangananny pride ourselves on our follow up service to both the family and the Nanny; we like to offer ongoing advice and support for the duration of the placement and beyond.
