Emily

Emily Theodore joined Kangacrew in July 2011, having previously worked in a recruitment team for a local authority, where she gained knowledge and experience of all aspects of the recruitment process.

Prior to this Emily was working in Customer Service environments and because of this has exceptional customer service abilities.

Emily is our Bucks consultant and recruits and places nursery staff across a large geographical area including Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridge, Aylesbury and Nottingham. Emily is a true believer in establishing and understanding our clients’ needs to enable her to place the right candidates. Emily places candidates in day to day bookings, long term placements and into permanent roles.

Emily’s commitment to delivering the best service she can is evidenced by her client and candidate centred approach.

Tanya

Tanya joined Kangacrew in January 2011. Prior to this she was managing the daily operation of a large recruitment service for a Local Authority for 3 years. Tanya manages the Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire offices and Account Manages for two of our prestigious clients. Main focus areas for Tanya are operational service delivery, compliance and customer relations.

Previously Tanya has worked extensively with the Local Authority’s Children’s Services including their Nurseries and their local Children’s Social Services Team.

Professionally she has gained a BA Honours in Business and Finance and is also Part Qualified with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Tanya’s dedication and passion for delivering a first class service provision is integral to how she approaches each nursery and client.
