Kangacrew are an established childcare agency with a fantastic reputation for providing quality childcare practitioners to childcare settings in the Midlands and South East. Our consultants work closely with our clients, placing candidates in roles from Nursery Assistants, Nursery Nurses, Senior Nursery Nurses, Room Leaders, Deputy Managers and Nursery Managers on a temporary and permanent basis.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us to run our Berkshire site, working from an office based in a well known Nursery in Reading.
You will be taking over an already established desk, with a strong team of candidates and regular clients - however, new there is scope (and requirement) for the successful candidate to continue to build this client base and take the site further.
This exciting opportunity will appeal to you if you enjoy having a large amount of autonomy in your role as you will be completely in charge of your own desk and daily activities; therefore good time management, a proactive approach to your work and a ‘get up and go’ attitude is a must!
Whether you are experienced in childcare or new to our sector, you will have ongoing support from senior consultants and managers at Kangacrew and full training will be given when employment commences.

Parking is available at the Nursery. Salary is negotiable depending on previous experience and will be discussed at interview stage. As this role is based in a Day Nursery, an Enhanced CRB disclosure will be required and aplpied for upon commencement.
